The hoodie itself feels and looks amazing, the quality is top notch. There was a slight issue with my order but Catherine and the away Studios staff were so nice and extremely helpful, one of the best experiences as a customer. Wish more businesses were like these guys. They even sent me a very nice handwritten note apologising for any inconvenience caused. Cannot be any happier.
