Refund policy

We offer store credit, exchanges or refunds.

To initiate a return, please email hello@awaystudios.com.au with your order number and reason for the return. A return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags in tact.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of any items, and the refund will not include the original shipping cost. We are not liable for any items lost or damaged during transit. For added security, we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns.
